about me
Why I want to help other women be more
MY OWN STORY: In 2014, I decided that I had reached my limit and took the radical decision to transform my working life.
For a number of years, I was in a role as HR manager that I VERY MUCH enjoyed. But at some point, I began to notice signs of burnout. It affected not only my job satisfaction, but also my close relationships. I also began to feel that my mental health was suffering. In the end, I also started to notice physical discomfort and I realised I was in danger of becoming seriously ill.
That was when I decided that I had reached my limit and took the radical decision to transform my working life.
I left my job and stepped into the unknown. It was a scary yet exhilarating move, but it was the best career decision I had ever made: the decision to create change. I learned a lot about myself on this journey, and I overcame a lot of obstacles. It certainly hasn’t always been easy, but it’s possible, and I’m now able to help others do the same – because I know how it affects your life and I’m familiar with the challenges and obstacles you’ll meet along the way. And, above all, I know what it is like to come out on the other side and experience that feeling of great enthusiasm and job satisfaction.
Now I help my clients achieve THEIR job goals, not merely because I’ve been a career coach for leaders and specialists, but because I’ve been there myself.
